The aim of this international working seminar on brown bear rehabilitation (October 2021) was to exchange knowledge and information between different agents involved in brown bear conservation on the different aspects and phases related to bear rehabilitation in order to establish a network of communication and collaboration between them.
It took place from 6 to 8 October 2021 at Casa del Oso in Proaza (Asturias). It was attended by 37 participants related to the rehabilitation of brown bears. There were 12 presentations and two practical workshops during the three days of the event which ended with a visit to the facilities and enclosures of the Fundación Oso de Asturias.
